Color scheming is about creating a relationship between these colors in a way that aligns with the intentions of the designer. These design intentions could include a complex combination of readability, emphasis, creating hierarchy, grouping and creating color emotions.
Click on the color and move the color in L, a, and b axis. See how it changes the readability and hierarchy. Observe that significant changes can change the mood of the document.
Colors work in combination with setting the mood of the document, maintaining readability and managing the emphasis that you wish to have on elements of the design. In harmonious colors schemes, the background tend to be unsaturated. Saturated color are used to create emphasis. The aground colors help set the emotive tone of the document.
